Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass criminal, child abuse and neglect, and sex offender background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds safely.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning using proper chemical safety procedures.
• Vacuum and empty trash; replace liners as needed.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior areas daily.
• Assist with event setup and furniture movement as required.
• Report restocking needs to supervision; keep supplies stocked.
• Work outdoors to shovel, salt walks, and rake leaves as needed.
• Follow YWCA Kalamazoo policies and participate in team meetings.
