Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, trade school certificate in a major trade, and at least two years in maintenance or related work. The role follows a M-F, 7am-3pm schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certificate in one or more major trades; job experience may substitute.
• At least 2 years of maintenance, construction, or power plant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents have functioning equipment to support daily activities.
• Assist in maintaining facility upkeep and safety through teamwork and communication.
