Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of age and a high school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in a high school program in good standing.
• One to two years general building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep interior and exterior areas clean and professional using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks according to facility management schedules.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
