Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of age with HS diploma or GED, or enrolled in a HS program; some maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient listening, organization, and time management with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior and exterior of the building clean and professional.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks per facility schedules and safety rules.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and support maintenance tasks as needed.
