FB Society seeks a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant activities during on‑duty hours, coordinating with the Restaurant Management Squad to align with the business plan. The role emphasizes supervising Squad Members, ensuring performance, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, training staff, organizing shifts, and handling guest inquiries while upholding safety and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Certified in all SOB stations per SOB Training Program.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to Squad Members.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and restaurant guidelines.
• Train new and current Squad Members and provide feedback.
• Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve items with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in all areas.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned.
• Communicate performance to Restaurant Management Squad.
