KBS Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Exterior Trim Carpenter to join our team in South Paris, ME.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of trim carpentry experience, can read blueprints, and performs finish work with precision and high craftsmanship. This full-time role requires measuring, cutting, and installing interior and exterior trim across wood, PVC, and composites, using hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trim carpenter experience
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Detail-oriented and committed to high craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install interior and exterior trim materials, cabinetry, shelving, and related products
• Ensure high accuracy with work in wood, PVC, and composites
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations
• Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to execute precise trim work
• Communicate with team members and clients to meet project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety standards
• Inspect completed work for quality and adjust as needed
• Other duties as directed
