Job summary
Groundhog Landscaping is seeking a full-time Load Operator - Excavator Operator in Derry, NH. The role focuses on operating wheel loaders and excavators to feed screening plants, stockpile materials, and support production while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Experience operating wheel loaders and excavators; joystick steering is a plus.
- Experience with screening plants or aggregate production preferred.
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders to feed screening plants and load trucks.
- Operate excavators to stockpile materials and support production activities.
- Monitor material quality and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Coordinate with yard personnel to maintain workflow and assist with setup and cleanup.
