Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a diligent cleaner for evening shifts. You will disinfect offices, lobby, restrooms and common areas, perform trash removal, dusting and floor care.

The role is permanent, full-time, paid at $17.00 per hour, Tuesday and Friday, 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Must be at least 18, speak English, pass a background check, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
