Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA seeks a full-time caregiver to deliver personalized resident care and support daily living activities. You will work closely with seniors, document care in eHR, and ensure safety and comfort in the community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and able to relate to seniors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meets all licensing and background requirements.
• Availability to work full time 2PM–10PM; weekends likely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized resident care for all community members.
• Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintaining cleanliness.
• Utilize eHR and other systems to track care per residents’ plans.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director.
