The role involves assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their independence and quality of life. Candidates need excellent customer service skills and a passion for elder care. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening including TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the care plan.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate any observed changes in resident conditions to a supervisor.
