Qualifications

• 2 years of floor care experience is required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and follow proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
