Job summary

Clarendale of St. Peters is recruiting a hospitality-focused Concierge. The role greets residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers with warmth and professionalism daily.

Responsibilities include answering phones, resolving issues to meet objectives, accepting packages, logging deliveries, and coordinating maintenance requests. The position runs Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am, with starting pay of $17.00/hour plus $1.00 night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and ensure satisfaction.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify the resident.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Clarendale of St. Petersis recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:00am

Starting rate of $17.00 per hour plus $1.00 differential rate for "night " hours.
