Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown is seeking a full-time RN on the treatment floor for admission. This 8-hour evening shift runs Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm, with no weekend requirements.

You will join a team delivering patient-centered care to residents in a 112-bed facility, focusing on safety, compassion, and quality outcomes. You will perform direct nursing care, supervise aides, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides on shift.
• Monitor residents' status and update physicians and families as needed.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately.
