Ironside Human Resources is assisting a welcoming hospital located about an hour from Decatur, IL, to hire a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician.

This on-site role offers day shifts (10-hour), a competitive starting pay of $450,000–$480,000 annually, no on-call requirements, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, HSA/FSA, and paid time off. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
• Eligible for IL medical license or permanent license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Completed an Emergency Medicine residency.

Responsabilités

• Provide emergency medical care in a hospital ER.
• Work day shifts in a 10-hour on-site schedule.
• Maintain a 2 patients per hour doctor-patient ratio.
• No on-call requirements.
