Mid America Emergency Physicians is seeking additional dedicated Emergency Medicine physicians to join their physician group in Decatur, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Full-time position 372-bed Level II Trauma Center that sees over 42000 ED visits annually Join a growing team with 70 BC Emergency Medicine physicians and 30 Advanced Practice Providers 24 hour in-house coverage provided by Anesthesia, OB/GYN, Hospitalists, GI, Cardiology, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Podiatry, IR, and ID. Certified Primary Stroke Center Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals moving to EPIC EMR to improve care coordination by February 2027 Excellent benefits packageincluding paid time off and health/dental/vision/life insurance/short term and long term disability, 401k plan with employer match, cash balance plan optional, relocation allowance possible, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance. Includes income sharing at year one and partnership track at 5 years.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $400,000-500,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by MidAmerica Emergency Physicians. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s shifts and hours worked.
