Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in English from a regionally accredited college/university.
• Strong computer and communication skills, and ability to interact with a diverse student population.
• Position may require day/evening/distance learning classes and activities.
• Willing to teach shifts that may include multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates appropriate teaching techniques and strategies.
• Uses proper testing and grading procedures and maintains grade books.
• Teaches the subject matter effectively across assigned courses.
• Follows approved course syllabi and completes required documentation on time.
• Maintains inventory of assigned property and may teach day, evening, or online classes.
