CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot to join our team in Las Vegas. This role focuses on delivering high-quality flight simulator and ground school training, ensuring client safety and effectiveness. You will be the subject matter expert guiding military aviators through their training experiences.

The Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering high‑quality flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with applicable regulatory agency requirements, CAE‑approved curricula, and customer standards. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), the Instructor Pilot leads clients through their training experience while ensuring professionalism, safety, and instructional excellence.
After approximately 1.5 years, and based on business needs, designated instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.
