Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school opportunity in Tennessee, located in Murfreesboro. This full-time position supports PreK–6th grade with 32–40 hours per week, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

The ideal candidate provides direct therapy, assessments, goals per IEPs, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, while ensuring compliance with district procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech and Hearing program.
• Valid Tennessee credentials and licensure authorizing service in the assigned grade levels.
• ASHA requirements met per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs and participate in evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Address articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social/pragmatic language needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and IEP-related records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Consult with classroom teachers to support communication skills throughout the day.
• Communicate with families regarding progress and strategies.
• Ensure services align with district procedures and state/federal requirements.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Tennessee licensure to practice as SLP

ASHA certification/credentials meet state requirements
