Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support elementary students in a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year near Saint Augustine, FL. The role runs from August 4, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with collaborative work among teachers, staff, and families to foster communication growth.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, have SLP-CCC certification, and be eligible for Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP-CCC certification
• Eligible for Florida state licensure as a speech-language pathologist
• Experience providing speech therapy to elementary-aged children

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for elementary students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document student performance and maintain records, sharing updates with stakeholders
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services, adapting approaches to diverse learners
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise for optimal outcomes
• Apply evidence-based practices and stay current with professional standards
