Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract during the 2026-2027 school year. The role serves students from PreK through 12th grade, focusing on communication and language development.

Candidates should hold CCC and a valid SLP license or be eligible. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45-$50 and includes health, dental, and vision benefits as part of the school-year package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CCC required for practice in schools.
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student.
• Consult with school staff to support classroom and school-wide communication strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education in SLP.
