Job summary

Watersofsmyrna is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join our TEAM serving residents in Smyrna, TN. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner while following dietary restrictions and offering alternatives as needed.

This role requires some institutional cooking experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. We offer excellent pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a $200 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• One year dietary experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and dietary restrictions.
• Provide alternatives for residents with dietary needs.
• Maintain sanitation and hygienic food preparation practices.
