Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ college credits in Early Childhood Education from an accredited university required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid CPR and first aid training/certification; relevant coursework or credential is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the teacher in daily activities, supervision, curriculum and assessment.
• Partners with families to ensure high-quality care and education for young children.
• Maintains a clean, organized learning environment in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintains supervision of children indoors and outdoors according to licensing ratios.
