Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a full-time Nurture and Nature teacher for immediate hire in a small, close-knit center in Newfields, NH. You will collaborate with the Lead teacher to plan weekly activities and ensure developmentally appropriate practices in a safe, stimulating classroom environment.

You will maintain student progress records, assist with screenings, and support IEP implementation while fostering a positive relationship with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 9 credits in child development, early childhood, or elementary education with at least 3 credits in growth and development.
• Proven ability to relate positively to children, parents and staff.
• Strong knowledge of NH State Licensing Standards and developmentally appropriate practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead teacher to develop weekly plans and activities.
• Implement NH licensing guidelines and center policies in daily operations.
• Assist with developmental, behavioral, and sensory screenings as required.
• Maintain records of each child’s progress and development for planning.
• Support IEP implementation for children with disabilities and inclusion of special needs.
