Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Associate/DSD Receiver in Smyrna, DE to ensure proper receiving of Direct Store Delivery products and maintain standards per company policy. You will maximize sales through excellent customer service and minimize shrink by following standard practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast, friendly, and accurate customer service experience to create a positive shopping environment.
• Protect company assets through proper receiving of DSD products.
• Demonstrate and execute vendor receiving policies established by Food Lion.
• Work with vendors to resolve errors, policy violations or excessive inventory.
• Ensure weekly merchandising notes are implemented timely and DSD plan-o-grams are accurate.
