AAA Driving School in Kentucky is seeking a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction and guide students of varying ages through our curriculum. You will track student progress with our driving school software and provide personalized guidance to improve performance.

Applicants should have experience in driving instruction or related fields, be comfortable with teens, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving instruction, education, or the automotive industry.
• Comfort with the public, especially teens.
• Strong commitment to promoting safe driving habits.
• Availability for weekday afternoons and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards.
• Use our driving school software to track and manage student progress
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation
