Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a Driving School Instructor in Ohio to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students across ages while adhering to AAA’s curriculum and training standards. You will lead practical sessions, assess performance, and provide clear guidance to help learners gain confidence on the road.

You will also manage progress using our driving school software and ensure all state documentation and licensing requirements are kept current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, including DMV exam.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students following AAA curriculum.
• Use driving school software to track and manage student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain state documentation.
