Job summary

RMTD is looking for service-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time drivers. This entry-level position includes training to ensure success and the ability to work all shifts.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a $500.00 new hire incentive after completing a minimum three-month training period. Qualifications

• Age 21+ to hold CDL.
• Clean driving record for 3 years (no more than one violation or at-fault accident).
• No recent DUI convictions within 10 years.
• Ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance.
• Must obtain CDL with passenger and air brake tests within one month.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers safely as part of a full-time team.
• Assist passengers, including wheelchair securement as required by ADA.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety requirements.
