RMTD is hiring entry-level full-time drivers with a focus on customer service and safety. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, and offering a competitive starting wage of $19 per hour plus a $500 new hire incentive after training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to hold a CDL.
• Good driving record for the past 3 years (no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident).
• No DUI convictions within the last 10 years.
• Ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance.
• Background check: positive work history; no substance abuse violations.
• CDL license including passenger and air brake tests must be obtained within one month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate as a full-time driver transporting clients.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented transport.
• Complete the structured training program (5 days classroom; total 3 months).
• Maintain compliance with DOT standards and a clean driving record.
• Support program transportation needs as part of RMTD’s service.
