Job summary

RMTD is hiring full-time entry-level drivers. This role includes company-provided training. Starting pay is $19.00/hr with a $500 new hire incentive after completing a three-month training period.

The position requires a customer-service oriented attitude and willingness to work all shifts. Benefits include affordable health, vision, dental and life insurance, PTO, vacation (up to 25 days), sick and personal leave, and retirement plans (IMRF and a 457b with a 2% employer match).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for CDL eligibility.
• Good driving record for the past 3 years (no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident).
• No DUI convictions within the last 10 years.
• Provide proof of personal auto insurance.
• Must obtain CDL within one month of employment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete five days of classroom driver training.
• Three-month total training period before full duties.
• Operate as a full-time driver as part of service to clients.
