Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain records, and manage badges and access devices.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, analytical manner; escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, perimeters, parking areas and designated locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Document daily activities and access-control issues; communicate details to leadership and site contacts.
