Job summary

Rides Mass Transit (RMTD) is seeking entry-level full-time drivers in Robinson, IL. This role includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to earn as a passenger-facing driver with a starting pay of $19.25 per hour.

A $500 new hire incentive is offered after completing a minimum three-month training period. Candidates must be 21+, have a good driving record, and obtain a CDL within one month of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 to hold CDL.
• Clean driving record: past 3 years, no DUI in last 10 years.
• Ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance.
• Positive work history with no substance-abuse-related separations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous passenger service on assigned routes.
• Complete structured training program and obtain CDL (including passenger/air brake tests) within one month of hire.
• Operate company vehicles in a manner compliant with DOT and agency standards.
