RMTD is hiring for a full-time driver position at entry level. We provide the training you need to succeed, with starting pay of $19.25 per hour and a $500 new hire incentive after completing the minimum training period.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented and ready to work all shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, paid time off, up to 25 vacation days, sick and personal leave, and retirement plans with a 2% employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to hold a CDL.
• Good driving record for past 3 years (no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident).
• No DUI convictions within the last 10 years.
• Ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance.
• CDL license (including passenger and air brake tests) within one month; training provided by employer.
• Customer-focused and positive mindset.
