Job summary

Moldaw Residences is a luxury senior living community in Palo Alto, offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing services.

We are recruiting a hospitality-focused Driver to transport residents to grocery stores, outings, and trips, while assisting with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Transportation Supervisor in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform administrative functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
