• Polishes silver and maintains kitchen areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and helps load/unload items.
