Cardinal Bay, a mission-driven nonprofit in Oklahoma City, seeks a Full-Time Dishwasher/Utility Worker for Village on the Park Oklahoma City. You will load, run, and unload the dish machine, keep the dish area clean, and ensure sanitary wash cycles while supporting a respectful, service-oriented environment.

Applicants should have strong customer service, communicate well with residents and colleagues, and be able to work in a hot, loud setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Must become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
