• Three years of dishwashing experience is preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to maintain sanitary dishwashing areas.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods while ensuring sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Loads and unloads supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
