• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains areas to safety standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Removes trash and ensures proper disposal.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
