• Previous 1 year of dishwashing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays with sanitation standards.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
• Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and transferring equipment.
