Qualifications

• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; Thursday–Sunday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwasher; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; maintains safe environment.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Loads and unloads supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
