Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; polishes silver; ensures safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and cleans kitchen floors and surfaces.
