Community Services, Inc. in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the day shift. Thursday - Monday, 6:00am - 2:00pm, 40 hours per week, full-time with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for day and swing shifts.
• Background check must be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal prep.
• Encourage choice, decision-making, and confidence in daily activities.
• Assist individuals in developing life skills for greater independence.
• Build positive, respectful relationships based on dignity and person-centered support.
• Promote participation in social and community activities.
• Follow and document progress on individualized support plans.
• Communicate with families, team members, and professionals to ensure consistent supports.
• Ensure daily documentation and records are kept accurately and timely.
• Comply with regulations and organizational policies.
