Job summary

Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for day support and community inclusion in Tigard, OR. You will assist adults with developmental disabilities to build skills, pursue goals, and engage in community activities.

This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:00pm), paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork to work with individuals and the team.
• Documentation skills for accurate records and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals during community outings and activities.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Provide positive behavior support and guidance with trained techniques.
• Help individuals participate in meaningful day program activities and community events.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
• Document and communicate progress and changes to the team.
