Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, take drink and meal orders.
• Deliver meals with accuracy and appropriate service style.
• Maintain food temperature, quality, and presentation with logs.
• Know menu, ingredients, and allergens to answer questions.
• Make menu recommendations based on dietary needs.
• Reset tables between courses and keep settings organized.
• Keep dining spaces clean and safe; assist with events.
• Mentor and train new dining team members.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless dining.
• Manage time to keep prep and delivery on schedule.
• Respond to concerns quickly, courteously, and per hospitality standards.
