RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Full-time server to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate will work a mix of days and evenings including weekends, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Afternoons/evening and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents dining in our Bistro or restaurants.
• Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents.
• Take meal orders for residents and guests using tablet software.
• Set and clear tables and complete opening/closing side work.
• Provide full table service to residents.
• Maintain smooth operations with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses.

The ideal candidate will be available to work a mix of days and evenings including work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants


• Assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents


• Take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets


• Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (rolling utensils, cleaning silverware, glassware)


• Provide full table service to residents


• Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
