Qualifications

• Previous dining/kitchen experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, or high-volume food service.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are presented attractively and served at proper temperatures.
• Assist with food prep, production planning, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver outstanding service and resident satisfaction.
• Support special events and community dining experiences.
