Job summary

Capitol House Nursing & Rehabilitation in Baton Rouge, LA, is hiring full-time Dietary Aides. You will assist with meal service, dishwashing, tray setup, and meal delivery. Prior dietary service experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required. Shift runs 11a–7p.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Previous dietary service experience preferred
• Patient care oriented

Responsibilities

• Meet scheduled meal and snack times
• Wash and stores dishes
• Assist in arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals.
• Follow established reporting procedures for the following but not limited to supply or equipment needs, damage or lose fixtures, unsafe equipment.
• Attend in-service educational programs
• Follow defined Infection Control procedures
