Job summary

Hutchinson Health and Rehab in Hutchinson, KS is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, set up trays, and fulfill special requests while following dietary guidelines.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents according to diet orders and approved menus.
• Set up trays and serve regular meals, prepare snacks and items for events.
• Deliver and retrieve trays; wash dishes after meals.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions and follow all laws and company policies.
• Provide kind, helpful customer service and build relationships with residents and families.
