Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals in a timely manner.
• Clean worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, and other kitchen areas.
• Assist cooks with meal preparation.
• Serve food trays from carts and dining rooms and transport dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dietary department.
• Follow all food safety and dietary procedures.
