The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled and experienced Full-Time Diet Clerkto our Cura Hospitality team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Diet Clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations.

• Managing nutritional data software.
• Inputting nutritional information.
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
• At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation Range:

• $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
