Full Time Design Center & Custom Framing Sales Associate

Join us as a Full Time Design Center & Custom Framing Sales Associate at UTRECHT MANUFACTURING CORPORATION.

Position Details

This role involves assisting customers with framing and art printing, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. The pay range is $18.00/hr - $21.50/hr, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with product knowledge and design skills.
• Complete training programs, sign up new customers, and handle special orders.
• Maintain a positive attitude, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies, process transactions accurately, and assist with merchandising.
• Assist in maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of framing design, measuring, and use of archival materials.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Photoshop.

Physical & Other Requirements
